IAS is seeking a candidate for a full-time position. This position will be focused in the area of industrial power and control systems. We are looking for someone with an eye for detail and a willingness to learn. Experience is a plus but not required.
Our clients include industrial and manufacturing companies, and much of our work is performed at the client’s facilities in the local driving area. Some travel outside of the local area may be required. If you are interested in control system design, PLC programming, and graphic operator interfaces, then this position could be the opportunity for you.

Working at IAS means being involved in hands-on automation projects that move from design through field startup. Team members typically split time between office-based development work and time at client facilities, supporting the buildout and commissioning of industrial control systems. The work is practical, detail-driven and connected to real operating environments.
New team members are expected to learn quickly, ask questions and take ownership of their work as they grow. Depending on the role, you may contribute to control system drawings, PLC programming, operator interface development and startup support. Experience is helpful, but attention to detail, reliability and a willingness to learn are the most important qualities for success.
